Terms of one-on-one mentorship sessions delivered by TradeQuillo.
Nature of the service
TradeQuillo mentorship sessions are educational coaching services provided by TradeQuillo, LLC. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, therapy, counseling, or trading recommendations. Coaching focuses on psychological frameworks, behavioral patterns, and self-awareness tools as they relate to trading education. No specific trades, strategies, or securities are recommended. Results vary by individual. Purchasing a coaching session does not create a fiduciary, adviser-client, or therapist-client relationship. No refunds are issued once a session is booked.
Scheduling and cancellations
Sessions are scheduled through each mentor's Cal.com booking link after checkout. Rescheduling and cancellation windows vary by package and are described in the Refund Policy. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded or rescheduled.
Confidentiality
What you share in a session is held in confidence except where disclosure is required by law. Your written post-session notes are sent only to you.
Capacity limits
Mentorship is capacity-limited. Total coaching sessions are capped at 8 per week. Elite Mentorship is capped at 4 concurrent students. Psychology Intensive is capped at 6 concurrent students. These limits are real, not marketing.
