The agreement between you and TradeQuillo, LLC for use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using TradeQuillo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The platform

TradeQuillo provides educational courses, assessments, written content, downloadable resources, a trading journal, and optional one-on-one coaching. All content is educational and informational.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tradequillo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Educational use only

The content on this platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations of any kind. TradeQuillo, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including lessons, videos, assessments, the TQ Score algorithm, written articles, downloadable PDFs, and the underlying source code, is the property of TradeQuillo, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish the content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform, share your account credentials with other people, use the platform to harass or abuse other users or staff, or use automated tools to access the content at scale.

8. Payment, billing, and refunds

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, no trials, no recurring charges. Refund terms vary by product and are described in full in the Refund Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@tradequillo.com.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeQuillo, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TradeQuillo in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the platform.
