How TradeQuillo, LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who we are
TradeQuillo, LLC is a Florida limited liability company located in Orlando, Florida. References to TradeQuillo, we, us, or our refer to TradeQuillo, LLC. You can reach us at hello@tradequillo.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, take the TQ Assessment, log trades in the journal, purchase a product, or contact support. This typically includes your name, email address, TQ Assessment responses, lesson and quiz progress, journal entries, and payment confirmation metadata. We also receive limited technical data automatically, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages viewed, used to keep the platform secure and to measure aggregate performance.
3. Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. Stripe sends us only the metadata necessary to grant access to the product you purchased and to issue refunds where applicable.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform, grant access to the content you have purchased or unlocked, send transactional emails and the educational sequences you have opted into, calculate your TQ Score, secure the platform against abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and aggregate analytics. Non-essential cookies, including analytics cookies, are loaded only after you grant consent through the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal information. You can request any of these by emailing hello@tradequillo.com from the email address on your account. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of information we have collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention
We retain account, learning, and journal data for as long as your account is active. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
8. Security
We host the platform on managed infrastructure with TLS in transit, encrypted backups, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
