Refund Policy

Refund terms for each product sold on TradeQuillo.
Premium lifetime course ($249)
Full refund within 30 days of purchase if less than 20 percent of lessons are completed. No refund after 30 days or after more than 20 percent of lessons are completed, whichever comes first. Refunds must be requested in writing to hello@tradequillo.com.
Book standalone ($9.99)
No refunds on digital products once downloaded or accessed.
Coaching, Strategy Call ($97)
No refund once the session is booked. Rescheduling permitted with 24 hours notice.
Coaching, Find Your Edge ($297)
Fifty percent of the price is refundable if you cancel 48 hours or more before the session. No refund within 48 hours of the session.
Coaching, Psychology Intensive ($797)
Full refund if cancelled before the first session with 48 hours notice. No refund after the first session is completed.
Coaching, Elite Mentorship ($1,997)
Full refund if cancelled before the first session with 72 hours notice. No refund after the first session is completed.
Merchandise
Merchandise is fulfilled by Printify. Defective or misprinted items are replaced at no charge. No refunds for size exchanges.

Email hello@tradequillo.com from the email on your account. Include your order number and the product you purchased. We respond within two business days.
